We live in a world of Doubt. We doubt our leaders, the media, even our parents at times. We live in a world where what you see, doesn’t line up with what you hear. This can be true of our relationship with God. We struggle to trust him that he is good because we see evil all around. We are not sure if God is who he says he is…  It comes down to the big question, What do we do with Doubt?

Scripture Passages: Mark 9:23-24

Main Point: Doubt your Doubts - turn to and trust Jesus.

* Note - Youth Group will be live this week. We are having the students share some of their doubts.

Discussion Questions

  1. What are some other areas (besides God) that you have had doubts in? 
  2. Do you have doubts or questions about God? If you do, Why do you think you doubt God?
  3. Why do you think it would be important to doubt your doubts?
  4. What are some ways you can spend more time with God to investigate your doubts? (Ex. Read 1 John 4)
  5. How can this group help you?
  6. What do you wish we could talk about in youth group that we haven’t covered?
