Eric and Allison Foster

Eric has a background in culinary arts and restaurant management. He is passionate about helping the church grow and that each believer is equipped to fulfill their calling. For 10 years, Eric worked internationally, producing several film series that teach new believers in Africa, India, and the Middle East about living "the Christian life" in their cultures. Allison has a heart to serve ministries around the world, ensuring that front-line missionaries and pastors are trained and able to reach their people with the Gospel. She also focuses on homeschooling her boys.

For 12 years, Eric produced follow-up film series for Africa, India, and the Middle East, helping new believers learn how to live as followers of Jesus in their own culture. These films have exponentially increased evangelism and church planting throughout these areas. By adding these follow-up films, decisions to follow Jesus have risen from 10-15% to over 40%! Eric focuses on bringing these powerful films to ministries around the world and training them on how to use them so they are equipped to share the gospel, disciple new believers, and plant churches where they don't currently exist. Eric leads the "Global Mobilization" department of the Jesus Film, which comprises several unique teams. His "Field Training" team leads mission trips and instructs ministries on how to best use Jesus Film resources for evangelism, follow-up, and church planting. The "Training Strategies" team develops new training curricula to reach specific audiences. The "Equipment Strategies" team distributes equipment for local ministries to use in each area of the world through a network of distribution centers. Additionally, he leads the Prayer Mobilization team, raising up prayer ignitors around the globe.

Allison has held a variety of roles with the Jesus film. She has helped Eric produce follow-up films, helped prepare staff for ministry, and traveled to countries to train locals on how to share their faith and expand the Kingdom. She has a passion for people and helping them become equipped to fulfill their calling. Allison currently serves our Jesus Film staff by ensuring we have enough staff in jobs that align with their passions and abilities and that they are healthy and cared for. When staff are in their best fit and ministered to, Jesus Film as a ministry can fulfill the calling that God has given us to reach the world for Him.
