This Sunday we will share in the Lord’s Supper as a family of believers. Take time this week to examine your heart, confess any hidden sins, and draw near to God.
Our Mission Kenya Team is having a great trip!
Please continue to pray for them as they enter week 2 of their trip. They will travel to Uganda to see Bossa John and the orphanages on Monday.
All are invited to an evening of worshiping God through song and Scripture.

MISSION SPOTLIGHT
Eric is currently serving as the Jesus Film Production Manager for the Animated Story of Jesus (ASJ). Below is a note from a recent email update:
Animated Story of Jesus - already touching hearts
I traveled to Cape Town for our quarterly checkpoint last month. It was encouraging to see the progress on characters, backgrounds, and props. We watched the latest screening of the film in “animatic” form, which consists of scenes in varying forms - from moving black-and-white sketches to some scenes that were more complete. During the debrief session, several people shared how emotional they became during different scenes - even at this early stage of production. One of the Sunrise Studios staff who isn’t yet a follower of Jesus shared:
"I genuinely couldn't stop crying during the high notes and big moments. It moved something inside me and I couldn't explain it, but tears were falling down my face. I walked in with an expectation of seeing something great and walked out with a heart that felt shifted in a way.”
One of our prayers is that the Lord will be glorified through the production process and He will use the process to reach those who are working on it, not just those who watch it when it is released. For this team member, that began to happen on this trip. Hearing the gospel of Luke shared through the animatic reached his heart and started him on a journey of faith. We are so thankful!
